Alhaji Mohammed Yusuf Twumasi is a Chartered Accountant who holds an Executive Masters of Administration (EMBA), Finance option from the University of Ghana Business School and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Until recently, he was the Director of Finance, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA).

Alhaji Twumasi also headed the Internal Audit and Investigations of Consolidated Discount House Holdings Ltd from 1998 to 2005.

He can boast of a wealth of knowledge in finance, audit and business administration with over twenty years’ experience in the field.
